Biddy Lloyd Art
I'm a freelance artist and illustrator based in South East Cornwall, where I find inspiration in the local landscape, the beautiful coastline and the ever changing sea and skies. I work with a variety of media, predominantly abstract or semi abstract painted landscapes and seascapes. My illustrative work tends to be more figurative with a strong story basis, deriving from my background in animation.
I have a BA hons and MA (RCA) in Animation, and a PGCE in secondary Art. I have extensive experience working in mainstream schools, primary, secondary and tertiary, and in alternative education provision. I also have a foundation certificate in Art Therapy and a counselling skills certificate. I have experience using Art in a therapeutic way in care settings.
I offer a variety of educational and therapeutic workshops in schools, care settings, or other context. Please contact me for more details.
